Production Workflow
How an order moves through the factory, from first idea to loaded cartons.
We turn your design, reference sample or photo into a production-ready specification: dimensions, materials, hardware and construction details.
Fabrics, linings, zippers, webbing and hardware are sourced and checked against the confirmed specification before production starts.
Panels are cut to pattern so sizes stay consistent across the whole order.
Cut panels are sewn into finished bag bodies by production-line teams, following the approved sample.
Your logo is applied by printing or embroidery, matched to the approved artwork and position.
Straps, zippers, pullers, linings and accessories are fitted and the bag takes its final form.
Finished bags are checked for stitching, zipper action, hardware, cleanliness and logo quality before they are approved for packing.
Bags are packed to your requirement — polybags, cartons or custom packaging — and cartons are marked for export.
Carton dimensions, weights and volume are confirmed so your forwarder or ours can arrange international shipping.
